Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We have seven of our own wood pellet plants with extensive storage capacities and four large winter storage facilities, so we can guarantee an uninterrupted supply. Our own silo trucks are stationed at each location, ensuring reliable and on-time delivery.
Yes, we offer long-term supply contracts. Since prices for wood pellets fluctuate throughout the year and from year to year, pricing for these contracts is based on a price adjustment mechanism, whereby the price is linked to a recognised index (e.g. DEPV price index, Federal Statistical Office, or CARMEN e.V.).
We coordinate the ordering process and delivery schedules individually with our customers. Some customers request each delivery themselves, while with others we agree on fixed schedules – for example a weekly delivery through to the end of the heating season.
